When you arrive: ​

​

Upon arrival to Punta Cana, our driver Yves (pronounced EVES) will pick you up at the airport for a small fee and take you to San Juan Mall grocery store. There you can stock up on fresh meats, deli items, snacks, liquor and beverages. We also recommend you make a stop at the ATM at Banco Popular to get at least 10,000 pesos, which is roughly $200. USD. It's the most cost-effective way to spend money.

When you get to the Villa, Yves who is also the property manager will introduce you to the beach attendants and give you a tour of the space. Yves is a European ex-pat who speaks many languages and has been living in Punta Cana for 12 years. Feel free to ask him anything as he is very knowledgeable about the area, and also offers custom made excursions that seem to delight everyone.

Yves will give you more details about our cook who can make delicious Dominican-style food upon request. We also have a cleaner who can do additional cleanings upon request.

 THE VILLA 

​

Whether you're soaking up the sun from the deck, toasting the day in the Jacuzzi or sleeping just a few moments longer on our cozy, pillow-top mattress, there's a good chance you'll never want to leave this lavish manor.

​

You'll enter the Villa through the main balcony, immersed in a lush, beautiful garden. Two ceiling fans generate a constant, balmy breeze over a large wooden table which seats eight people comfortably as well as a comfy, u-shaped sofa. It's a perfect nook to read a book with coffee or chat with friends over appetizers and cocktails.

​

An elegant glass dining table is on display in the spacious living and dining area. There's also a comfortable sofa, a small office area, and a large flat-screen smart TV with an Apple TV system. Multiple ceiling fans and large windows keep the Caribbean air gently moving throughout the home at all times.

​

The kitchen is also on the main floor and comes with high-end, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with stools. You'll feel like you never left the conveniences of home.

​

Get cozy in our recreation room, which is air-conditioned and comes with a large, LED Smart TV with over 200 channels. Watch TV from the two comfortable futons can turn into a double bed with a two-inch mattress topper if you need a 4th bedroom. There is a half-bathroom conveniently beside it as well as a smaller terrace.

​

There are also TWO spacious master suites on the main floor with pillow-topped king-sized beds (which can convert to two twins upon request). Ceiling fans and air-conditioning units keep the room cool all day and all night. Each room comes with a 24 x 40 desk, a chest of drawers, a nightstand and tons of shelves and storage space in the large closets.

And to top it off, your designer ensuite baths were crafted in an impressive full floor to ceiling total tiled design with oversized walk in showers - designed for vacation style luxury showers!

​

On the second level of the Villa, you'll find the third master bedroom, which has a cathedral ceiling, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, a pillow-topped king-sized bed, a 30-inch LED Smart TV, a desk, an ensuite bath with tub, and a private balcony. Shelving is provided in the TV armoire.

​

At the top of the second staircase, you'll find the rooftop deck — a favorite among our guests.

Have a drink at the custom-made mahogany bar under a Cana thatched roof. Soak up some sun on the chaise lounge or in the private Jacuzzi. There's even a table that seats four if you want to have dinner or play cards here and a Weber BBQ grill for cooking.

You'll also find the full-sized washer and dryer here in an enclosed glass closet.

Walk up the staircase above the second level, and you'll find the sun deck; perched high above everything and everybody. You can watch parasailers in the Caribbean Sea on one side and see hikers climbing to the top of the mountains on the other. Features include a couple of lounge chairs, four rocking chairs, and views that can't be beaten.

​

In addition to all these excellent amenities, the Villa has extraordinarily good Wi-Fi. Most Punta Cana rentals share Wi-Fi with many other apartments, which degradates the quality and speed to not workable when a few people try to jump on simultaneously , but not here. Our BLAZING 24mbps dedicated WIFI system is yours and yours alone.

THE COMMUNITY 

​

The Villa is located in a luxury, beachfront community with 24-hour security. Parking spaces are provided — but a car is not required as this community is 100% walkable.

​

While this is NOT an all-inclusive resort, our Villa has more restaurants than most all-inclusive resorts. There are five within the community and even more on the beach. Most of which are very reasonably priced.

​

Within the community, you will find a delightful Italian restaurant under cover of a huge thatched Cana roof, a high end Steak house, a Mexican restaurant, a fabulous breakfast/lunch restaurant and popsicles to die for! Also there is a restaurant at the pool and another 2 directly in front on the beach.

​

Hurrican, Tocs, Bali Cana's, Onno's, Captain Cook, Beach Party, Jellyfish, and Langosta Roja (plus a few more) are just a short walk on the beach.

 

There are another 20 or more restaurants within a short 8-minute walk off the beach that offer a variety of different cuisines. In fact, some of the top-rated restaurants in Punta Cana are located here inside or right outside of our community. Interestingly enough, most of these restaurants are VERY inexpensive — usually less than $12 for a platter.

 

You'll receive even more details on these restaurants in the hospitality section which automatically unlocks as soon as you book your trip. I include nightly specials, entertainment options nightly, menus, and even information about hiring our cook, getting freshly-caught fish from the fish vendor, and fresh fruit from the fruit truck. All the research is done, so you don't have to make a single Google search.

 

The community also has a fitness center, Estudio Fitness, with personal trainers and fitness classes. There is another Gym nearby that offers short-term memberships and has a full complement of exercise equipment. There is a beautiful pool available inside the private, gated community that Villa guests have access to, it is customary to purchase some drinks at the bar to use the tables and chaise lounges.  

 

The Natural Center is our community spa, which offers traditional Chinese medical treatments such as massages, reflexology. Physiotherapy, acupuncture. All services can be done on-site or on the beach for your convenience.

For all your shopping needs, Plaza El Dorado and Plaza Turquesa are a short 5-minute walk. There you will find a whole row of great restaurants, two well-equipped grocery stores that cater to vacationers, a great bakery, El Gym, 2 pharmacies, and an ATM and 2 money exchanges.

 

Plaza Turquesa is across the street from El Dorado. There you will find another five excellent restaurants, an ice cream parlor, and another grocery store.

 

And if you're planning or attending a wedding — our Villa is an ideal place to stay. Los Corales is bordered by Now Larimar, Secrets, Paradisus Bavaro, Melia Tropical and Barceló Bavaro to the immediate right. Impressive, Vista Sol, and Grand Paladium to the immediate left. All are within a 15-minute walk up the white sandy beach and 30 other all inclusives are within a short car ride away.

 

ACTIVITIES

Of course, staying at our Villa means you'll get to enjoy Los Corales' private beach — which is the envy of Punta Cana. It's a full-service beach with beach chairs and thatched palapa (shade). There's even an option to enjoy spa-quality massages in a private cabana; we highly recommend it.

 

You can indulge in whatever water sport you can imagine from the private beach as well. Pirate cruises, spa cruises, sunset cruises, parasailing, water skiing, jet skis, speed boats, catamarans, wind sailing, windsurfing, ultra-light plane rides are all available to you.

The pier (where most of the day cruisers begin and end) is at the edge of our private beach.
